After researching BMW SUVs for a while, I came into Momentum after another dealership didn’t even acknowledge my presence when walking through their lot for a while looking at vehicles. As my husband and I walked through the lot, Warren approached us to ask if anyone had spoken to us yet and he demonstrated true customer service throughout this deal from that moment on, resulting in a great experience overall. He made sure I received what I wanted in the vehicle, was not pushy or overbearing at all, but always ensured any questions or concerns I had were addressed. More
