I bought a 2012 avalanche at this dealership. The salesman Mitch Bohmann was very friendly and informative on this vehichle. He showed me how to use everything on the truck. The car we bought(2009 Malibu LTZ) was cleaned and detailed beautifully the day we picked it up. I forgot the finance Mgrs. name but he was also very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Jimmy Foley is a fine young man and showed the upmost in professionalism in the whole way he dealt with my wife and I throughout the entire process. He is an asset to Molle Chevrolet. Also when we voice a concern about the car during the test drive, Jimmy got right on it with the service team and the vibration was taken care of. Thank you. David Judd. More
Everyone I worked with at Molle was very helpful and up front with me. While Molle did not have the exact car we wanted, they searched for and found two that were exactly what we wanted at the right price front with me. Salesman Great. Dealing with Finance department was not good. I was very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. The finance manager was not prepared when he called me. "I was told I was to call good. I was very disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. The finance manager was not prepared when he called me. "I was told I was to call you", were his first words and it went downhill from there. I was to have received a call the day before, but since I did not receive the call to tell me of the available financing (expecting good rates with my credit), I called my salesperson, who then asked the finance manager to call me. I then proceeded to tell the finance manager that I was expecting finance information. He only gave me the 2 normal rates. When I asked if that was all, he asked me what I had in mind. Really?? My expectation was that I would be given the best interest rates possible. Was the expectation not correct as a customer? I told him the interest rate that I had quickly looked at on the internet and the response I got was, "I think the bank will match that. I will call them now and if you don't hear back from me, just assume that is what you can get". Really?? In other words, if a customer is to get financing through the dealership, customer beware that they do not have your best interest and service in mind. That is the message I got. Needless to say that I was pretty angry with the customer service/relation with the finance manager and obviously decided that financing would not occur through Molle since I was doing all of the leg-work on interest rates myself. To further add insult to this customer relationship, this same person was the person we dealt with when coming in to purchase the vehicle. When he was introduced to us, he was told he had talked to me on the phone. His response, "I am glad we talked". Really?? He said that, but didn't remember our conversation until a minute later, when you could see the light bulb come on in his mind. The whole experience in the office with him was a cold and impersonal as it was on the phone. He never offered to shake our hands and was very distant, which is probably for the best as it would not have been sincere. At least there was no pretence there. The reason it has taken a couple of weeks to write this review is because I wanted to have time to reflect and make this a "good review" of the events and not be clouded by anger. While this email is under my husband's email, I am the one that dealt with the finance aspect. I do want to say that I do not feel that the finance manager dealt with me this way because I was female. Even in my husband's presence in the office, he did not extend any customer relations to him either. What I hope comes from this, is that someone will determine if this is just the finance manager's nature or if maybe he is overwhelmed by his job and needs relief so that he can provide more cordial and better customer service. This review is written so that the company can help to make the finance aspect for the customer more satisfying. Thanks for reading this. This was meant to be helpful and not hurtful. Everything went smooth, there were no high pressure gimmicks or tactics, just good straight forward way to do business. It is a lot better than some of these dealers who lure you in with a load of gar gimmicks or tactics, just good straight forward way to do business.
