Saturn knowledge and an extraordinarily high service level make a 65 mile drive worthwhile. I feel confident any service will be handled professionally and have found the honesty refreshing. Even though I am certain I am not using terminology that would assist the Service Advisor, I have never been made to feel I was not car smart but rather I have felt respected. The advice received appears to always have my best interest of prime importance rather than attempting to upsell me on services or products. Frustrated after struggling with other dealerships in the area, I called the corporate office hoping they could help recommend someone who truly knew how to service a Saturn vehicle. Molle was offered and I first contacted the Service Manager, Mike Bradley. After talking a few short minutes, I knew he totally understood what I was saying and that this was the right place. The initial issue with my Saturn was fixed quickly! (I had spent nearly 3 years visiting other dealerships all of which were unable to fix the issue or even understand the root cause) I struggled to find a way to leave my car with Molle on my most recent visit and Arleen came to my rescue with a loaner vehicle. She efficiently and graciously handled the transaction and at the same time made me feel as though it was a pleasure to assist. This added level enabled me to keep my service appointment and avoid downtime by returning to work. Human nature lends us to complain quickly but unfortunately I do not believe that we take the time to share positive experiences as readily. I have not been satisfied with several other dealerships in the area but my experience with Molle has been very impressive. It is a pleasure doing business with you and I fully expect to continue in the future. More

I take my car back for all my service needs and I am always greeted by friendly faces who are willing to help with any type of issue. They are good about being fast or alerting me of anything that will take additional time. After the 3 (car buying/servicing) great experiences I have had I am committed to continue any of my future business with Molle!! More
This place is a joke. I called to ask some questions about my car and the Guy acted like I was stupid and very disrespectful so my boyfriend called up there and they answered everything he asked. Terrible! We took our car in for new tires at 40,000 miles. The tire sensors were working fine after installing the tires they said the tire sensor was broken and installed a new one and charged $75 plu miles. The problem was that after that the sensor still was showing the tire needed air. Talked with Mr. Bradley and drove the 45 miles to take it back. Waited close to an hour while they said they re-programed something. I drove it home and the next day the sensor was on again. Check the all of the tires pressure and they were fine so I tried to call Mr. Bradley back. Left a message and he never called me back. Talked with a gentleman named Ron and explained to him, he just kept saying "well bring it in" I explained that I work for a living and didn't what to sit for an hour or two while they worked it in for the third time. I wanted an appointment. Just got another "bring it in"! Call Mr, Bradley again left a message with a young man and never got a return call.Now have a call in for a Mr. Shull, we will see if this gets resolved. More
Purchased over 15 GM vehicles several from Molle in the past 23 years. Molle has decreased in honesty and increased prices in their extended warranty.(shop around if you need an extended warraty other GM past 23 years. Molle has decreased in honesty and increased prices in their extended warranty.(shop around if you need an extended warraty other GM dealers will give you a much better price) Service Department Manager this week would rather play ping pong with the customer in between his service reps. instead of being honest finding the problems with your car and getting you out the door for a long time so you the customer do not have to return again in a rapid manner. We do not want to deal with the dishonesty and lazyness of the Molle service department any longer.............BUYER BEWARE GO ELSEWARE FOR YOUR QUALITY GM PRODUCTS........AS MOLLE IS HORRIBLE! More
Great people and service! I had worked with another dealership on another truck before I came to Molle and all they were concerned with was money. From my first email all they wanted was a deposit on the truck I hadn't even test drove yet. During my initial and follow up visits, the sales people here never badgered me about putting money down or running my credit as soon as I walked on the lot. They listened to what I had to say to them and my financial situation. From there they were willing to talk on the phone to the financial institutions and get me the financing that worked for me. Overall they were fantastic, very personable and willing to listen, and not over-bearing at all. I would definitely recommend going to this dealership and I hope to continue working with them in the future! More
Aaron is by far the most friendly dealer that has ever worked with me. Not even for a second did I feel like I was making a bad choice by making a large purchase, and he helped make sure that all of my ba worked with me. He made sure that I got the specific car that I wanted and didn't try to convince me they I should buy something else just because it wasn't in his inventory. He just went and found what I wanted, obviously trying to do more than just make a sale. He truly cares about his customers, and the next time I want to buy a Chevy, because of Aaron, I'll be returning to Molle. More
Stuart was outstanding to work with. He listen to our needs and he did his very best to deliver. I am a Store Manager and have been in sales for a long time and Stuart is exactly what I would look for when hiring a Sales Associate. He is great and he knows the product he is selling. I have been a Ford man and Stuart has changed my whole outlook. I will be revisiting Stuart in the future when I am ready to trade in my 2004 Ford F150. Max was great during financing. They both took the stress away during the whole process. More
