Mitch showed me alll the ''buttons-bows"" on the SUV.. which I might add he did a great job... I would ask questions about the radio... lights... etc.. just to enforce what he had told me.. He was good. And than when I came back to pick on the SUV he went over it again with me... Mitch explained alll very good.. I work in the public at Fantastic Sams in Osage Beach, Mo. so I will be telling lots of people where I purchased my 2011 Equinox. I had a very good experience with Molle Chey.. plus being a women buying a car... some dealers just laugh at us... believe me I buy all the cars in our family.. and it was nice to know they did believe me when I said.. Our Salesman Delaney was very easy to work with & answered any questions that we had. He was easy to deal with & made us feel comfortable. It's rare when you buy 2 new cars on the same day, but they answered any questions that we had. He was easy to deal with & made us feel comfortable.
