Great Service and Staff Brought my car in for a squeaky noise, oil change and tire rotation. The squeak was a known problem per a bulletin and there was no charge. Very Friendly and Nice but Service Performed Has Been Sloppy I dread my service visits at MH because something always seems to go wrong. Everyone is very friendly but the technicians performing the work are slo I dread my service visits at MH because something always seems to go wrong. Everyone is very friendly but the technicians performing the work are sloppy. I was just there to have my taillight replaced. I was called when the job was done and given my keys to be on my way. I was almost out the door when I thought I should check my signal lights. The signal on the light that was replaced was not working. How could the tech release the car back to the customer without checking this? Part of my invoice was a document even indicating this was checked (where it obviously wasn't). I would have been extremely upset if I had left without realizing this, only having to turn around and make another trip back the next day to fix it. My trip prior to this was purchasing 4 brand new tires and spending $800+. The next day one of my new tires was flat. Back to MH I went. They did a soapy wash and found a defective stem valve that was leaking. Why wasn't that done after they put the new tires in the first place to avoid a problem and a dissatisfied customer? I need to take time off work for all these trips and it's not convenient at all. Bottom line, I value service work being done right the first time over being told "sorry about that" in a friendly way. More
