Mr. Jeremy Ecker would do his best to meet my requirement. First 2 times, when I went to Honda for service, Jeremy Ecker, would walk to my car to take the information. I feel I am a VIP (May 30, 2014 and Jan 7, 2015) Third time Feb 23, 2015, I got Douglas Glass’s support. Good job as well. Forth time, in May, I was to get an estimate; Thanks to Jeremy, he helped to make an appointment with Patti Ferris-Kiskis. Fifth time, on June 6, 2015, Need inspection, Thanks to Jeremy’s service, quick and easy DONE. Sixth time, in August, my tire pressure low light was on, Thanks to Doug’s service. Seventh time, Sep 25. my tire pressure low light was on, my co-worker told me it's possible I got a nail in my tire. Thanks to Jeremy’s kindness and excellent service. My experience in Honda, I would like to say Jeremy and Douglas deserve to get promoted to be a team leader or manager in the service department.
