We had driven the car over the weekend so i was totally confused and a bit worried about exactly what could be wrong. I called Mohawk Honda (where i bought the car - another tremendous experience) and they told me to bring it in and they would take a look. Driving to the dealership was totally uneventful so I was pretty sure there would be no major issues. Boy was I wrong! I was met by Serivce Advisor Nicole Kearney and told her what I could about the problem. She took my number and said she would let me know what the problem was as soon as she knew. Off to work I went. I received a call later from Nicole with news I wasn't particularly happy to hear. She did a great job of handling a disgruntled customer. The problem involved a cylinder and valve. I know nothing about cars but I knew that wasn't good. They did the replacement and adjustment. It did not solve the problem. Next, all I could hear was something about the fuel injectors. Now, I know that is really serious. I asked about our extended warranty. Would they pay for this repair? Nicole was already in touch with them and waiting for a call back. Next bad news - the parts wouldn't be in until Tuesday morning. Mrph. Another grumpy response from this customer. Nicole was the consummate professional. She assured me that she would contact me as soon as she had any news. Tuesday morning comes and I am really anxious. Fuel injector... isn't that synonymous with really expensive? Nicole finally called me around 1:30 pm. All was fixed - yay! The exteneded warranty covered the fuel injector repair but not the valve repair. So, bottom line, what could have cost over $1200 was now $158. That girl is fantastic! Despite my grumpy attitude, she remained totally professional and understanding of my angst and crabbiness. I am all about customer service. I am telling you, Nicole and Mohawk Honda provided exemplary customer service. This, however, is something I have come the expect from them. We have purchased 3 Honda's from Mowhawk and I can say it has been a series of wonderful experiences. Keep up the great work! Nicole - you are awesome!!! Thanks for everything!!! More

Integrity, Honesty & Ultimate Customer Service A few years ago, my wife and I were in the market for a later model pre-owned car. The experience around the Capital District in NY was depressing to A few years ago, my wife and I were in the market for a later model pre-owned car. The experience around the Capital District in NY was depressing to say the least. That is, until we came to Mohawk Honda. The salesman found financing with no problem and there wasn't any pressure, nonsense or sleaze.... Fast-forward to 2016, the car, a 2008 Accord, started making a screech noise at cold start up. I called the service department and they took care of it, no charge!....a six hour engine repair job, no charge, parts and labor included! I have sent others here, before today's experience, just based upon the great way we were treated during the sale process.
