Recall repair I just wanted to let you know that my service advisor, Nicholas Franzese is an exceptional employee. While my Honda-CRV was there for it's recall rep I just wanted to let you know that my service advisor, Nicholas Franzese is an exceptional employee. While my Honda-CRV was there for it's recall repair today, (March 2) he came to several times with other issues that were found on my car that needed attention. Each time Nick came to me with the sad news he was pleasant and regretted having to tell me it was going to be an expensive day. Each time it added hundreds of dollars to my bill. But I have to say the way he handled each "bad news moment" was commendable because he showed kindness and was understanding towards my feeling of "OH, boy, what now". I drove away feeling that, even though I ended up spending a small fortune, that I wasn't even remotely expecting, it was all OK. I know my vehicle is safer than it was when I drove in. I will be moving out of state in a couple weeks and I have peace of mind knowing my long drive ahead will be safer because of the service my car received today. I called and spoke to one of the service managers about Nick. I wanted you to know that I would certainly expect him to be considered for an employee of the month. Please extend an extra "Thank You" to this fine employee. He adds to the positive reputation of Mohawk Honda. You can be proud he is part of your dealership. Sincerely, Gail Cole More
Nicole cleaned up after the mess Sales left me with! I brought my car in for a 2nd time for a concerning humming noise that was there since I bought it from them. The 1st time they missed all sorts of needed fixes--Nicole pushed everything forward for me and found the actual source of the problems that I suspected were worse than I was first notified of. She arranged for a rental car and warranty inspector. Her dedication to completely resolving my issue was refreshing and hard to come by. More
Lifetime Customer!!! I was completely happy with my 2015 Accord and scheduled for a NYS inspection. Nicole always has a smile on her face and is one of those people who can carry on a conversation and still get her work done. She does not waste my time, gets me in and out and always makes sure I get a nice car wash :) While I was waiting for service I saw Lindsey who has helped me in the past and I would NOT go to anyone else since meeting her. Lindsey is great at what she does. ( I actually worked at a dealership in the past for four years so I am not a stranger to what goes on). Lindsey is honest, she does NOT waste time and she is FAST. Hands down she makes the process ten times easier than it has to be. I was able to give her the information needed to do what she had to and literally leave the dealership to go get food. Greg Johnson is also very hands on, any questions or concerns that you may have and he is always willing to answer. More

Hands down the best there is! I recently had to take my car in for service and I knew I was going to have to get some other services than a routine oil change and tire rotation. N I recently had to take my car in for service and I knew I was going to have to get some other services than a routine oil change and tire rotation. Nicole took the time to explain the services and discuss pricing. As a woman that is unfamiliar with car services, she didn't make me feel stupid and helped me make decisions about my car. I drive WAY out of the way to go to Mohawk and will continue to make this trek! More

Very Happy My handsfree and Bluetooth stopped working in my 2013 CR-V. I brought it in to have them look at it knowing I had an extended warranty but not sure i My handsfree and Bluetooth stopped working in my 2013 CR-V. I brought it in to have them look at it knowing I had an extended warranty but not sure if whatever was wrong would be covered. Nicole, my service advisor was awesome, she handled everything. She told me to go sit down, relax and help myself to a cookie and/or refreshment. Needless to say, I ended up needing a whole new handsfree link unit in the car. Again, Nicole handled it, she called the warranty company and ordered my part and told me that it could be installed as early as that Thursday. When I came back to have the link installed I was dropping it off and heading to a job close by, Nicole offered to have someone drive me and pick me up. I didn't have far to go so I told her no thank you but she was extremely accommodating, very friendly and just an asset to your service department. My car was fixed and back on the road again in no time, she and the mechanic did a great job. More

Best customer service at a car dealership I went to three Honda dealers in the Capital District. One, I had an awful experience. The customer service, if I had to rate it, was a -1. Another, made me feel like it was just another day of selling cars to them. When I arrived at Mohawk Honda, AJ Metzold greeted me in the parking lot. He was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He found the exact car I wanted. He thoroughly explained all the details of the CRV I wanted. Junior Yogendra went over all of the electronic functions of the car and hooked up my cell phone, contacts, etc.. for me. He even gave me his number in the event I needed assistance with it in the future. Tom Ryan explained all the details of my financing. He even was able to work out a price I could afford on an added warranty. And, Ashley Dobbs kept in contact with me for several months about the options of pricing and availability of the type of CRV I wanted. All four employees were very friendly and open to assist me. I would definitely recommend Mohawk Honda to others and use them in the future. More
