Oil Change I had a scheduled oil change for B 123 code. I arrived at 7:15 AM and was promptly greeted by Nicole Kearbey who was the most energetic associate ever I had a scheduled oil change for B 123 code. Everything was handled efficiently and thoroughly explained. I went in for an inspection but questioned getting an oil change which was not quite due. Nicole explained how to see what kinds of service was due at I went in for an inspection but questioned getting an oil change which was not quite due. Nicole explained how to see what kinds of service was due at that time, She also advised me that at the age of my car, it is recommended that the brake fluid also be changed. When she was notified that the alignment was off, she came to the waiting room and explained what the mechanics had found. More

Routine Service I had to come in for routine oil change and alignment. Nicole took care of me and was wonderful - hope to work with her again. Only downside was it I had to come in for routine oil change and alignment. Nicole took care of me and was wonderful - hope to work with her again. Only downside was it took 2 hours for work to be done, which is why I only gave 4 stars. But I still love this dealership-they know how to take care of their customers!! More
