Service for recall issues (oil consumption/air bag) My wife and I had to visit Mohawk Honda four times( required as part of the recall not the dealer) for a recall issue on my daughters Honda Accord(oil My wife and I had to visit Mohawk Honda four times( required as part of the recall not the dealer) for a recall issue on my daughters Honda Accord(oil consumption). I had the fortunate opportunity of getting Lisa Valentino for Service assistance to address the recall issues. Lisa professionally explained the the steps/protocols needed to suffice the recall issues which enabled us to have the oil consumption issue resolved. When our car was being serviced for the recall she also addressed some brake issues needed and had the repairs taken care of in a timely manner. At the same time she had the brake issues resolved she had recommended we take care of the Air bag recall issue as well. Awesome communication through out all our visits. Time spent in the waiting room was well spent, thank you Mohawk Honda for the customer service you provide to your customers and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks again to both Lisa Valentino and Mohawk Honda for all you did!! More

Being contacted for trade. We brought the car for oil change/service today. The service was excellent - courteous and efficient. I have not given the dealership a high ratin We brought the car for oil change/service today. The service was excellent - courteous and efficient. I have not given the dealership a high rating due to an unsolicited phone call I received from Tiffany at the dealership regarding trading the car for a new one. The car is a two year old Civic with just over 3400 miles. Following the call, I looked at the value of the car, cost of a new one, etc. and I cannot see how this would be to our advantage. In fact, I am surprised and disappointed that Mohawk Honda is making these calls to customers. Prior to this, I would have given the dealership a high rating. I cannot say with certainty that this excludes Mohawk Honda from consideration when we do trade the car. However, it will not be the first dealership that we visit. More

Now I have a radio thanks to Jennifer Estrada During a recent northeast snowstorm, my battery went dead because leaving the flasher on at the end of my driveway. After jumping my 2009 Honda Civic, During a recent northeast snowstorm, my battery went dead because leaving the flasher on at the end of my driveway. After jumping my 2009 Honda Civic, the radio would not work. I looked in every book I had, Finding the code . But some how could not enter the code properly. So a week later I went to Mohawk Honda and Service Advisor Jennifer Estrada quickly entered my code and I no longer drive under radio silence. She was great and very pleasant. Thanks again Jennifer. Mohawk Honda took me in from a tow truck and installed a net Great service by Nicole who hooked me up with a tow truck company, fit me in when I arrived and had a new alternator installed before I left. Part could have been a little less expensive (probably list price) but the service was fantastic. Nicole is a pleasure to work with and should be valued by Mohawk Honda. More
