Beyond Pleased with Mohawk Honda I will always go to Mohawk Honda for my vehicle needs from now on!!! I highly recommend seeing service Adviser John Higgins. I knew my 12yr old Honda I will always go to Mohawk Honda for my vehicle needs from now on!!! I highly recommend seeing service Adviser John Higgins. I knew my 12yr old Honda Pilot needed repairs, oil change, an inspection and a recalled airbag replaced. He clearly explained to me my vehicle needs, costs, answered all my questions and helped me get my car safely back on the road. He went above and beyond, kept me updated on my repairs and gave me the best customer service I've ever had. This is the place to go! Mohawk Honda is clean, inviting, has friendly, professional staff who know their stuff. Service Par Excelkence I had to my tire serviced at Mohawk Honda. Lisa Valentino greeted me right away with a smile and "I'll be right with you" . In a few minutes she was a I had to my tire serviced at Mohawk Honda. Lisa Valentino greeted me right away with a smile and "I'll be right with you" . In a few minutes she was asking what I want done that day, gave me an estimate on what may have to be done, how much. Provided good info. Showed me to the lounge where I can wait. Estimate was an hour, they finished in 45 mins. Called me back in by the beeper. They took out the nail in my tire, checked all 4 tires too! And since no patch done, Lisa double checked that, no payment needed to be made. Things went so smoothly, they knew what to do, got it done, in good time, drive in, drive out - done. Lisa was just so on top of things!!! Took care of my visit well! Plus I got a call later to check if things, tires were doing okay. More

Best service I’ve ever experienced. I just had the best customer service experience ever. Nick, in the service department, was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain the situation, my options, differences in parts, and in a way I easily understood. As a person who has had bad experiences at past dealerships, that was an incradible aspect for he. Nick went above and beyond, and I will never go to another place again. Lifetime customer, and that’s the least I can do. Everyone needs a trust worthy place to bring their vehicle, and I’m so thankful that Mohawk Honda is mine. Thank you to Nick, and the whole MH team. Also, I almost forgot to mention. My car literally sounds brand new. It’s a 2007, and drives like it’s fresh off the lot. I honestly never thought I’d be this satisfied. More

I wish to specifically commend Nicole Kearney, Service Advisor, whose outgoing personality and smile brightens an already well-lIt vehicle reception area. This is the second time in a period of a month the Nicole has advised me on my Odyssey and each time was a pleasure. This time, on 4/9, I was at Mohawk for a safety recall. As it turned out, there were two recalls on my car but the notice I received covered only one. Nicole checked on the other one and got both recalls completed, saving me a second trip back to Mohawk, a round trip of over 40 miles. Service like Nicole’s, and the quality of the service repairs that my cars have gotten over the years, is the main reason that my last 4 or 5 cars have all come from Mohawk. Great service with a smile From the date I purchased my new Honda Accord in April 2017(My second Accord as I still own my 2009 which runs like a top) , to this visit a year late From the date I purchased my new Honda Accord in April 2017(My second Accord as I still own my 2009 which runs like a top) , to this visit a year later for my first service visit since I bought my car, I have had nothing but a wonderful and positive experience. John was great as my salesperson, and I was ecstatic to learn is now in service. He was great about scheduling my appointment, and getting me in a very timely manner. When I arrived he greeted me with a big smile, and got me through my paperwork quickly. John is really an asset to the service department. I would highly recommend Mohawk Honda and their great service department to anyone!! More
