Excellent and helpful service My 2006 Honda Civic's ignition lock system was busted and unfortunately I was stranded in a parking lot. So I called up Mohawk Honda, and sorted every My 2006 Honda Civic's ignition lock system was busted and unfortunately I was stranded in a parking lot. So I called up Mohawk Honda, and sorted everything out with them and had my car towed from Cobleskill to them.I needed to have it taken to a Honda Dealer since my key is a dealer only chip key. I dealt with everything over the phone and did not go to the dealership until I picked up my car. I dealt with Ashley Dobbs, and she was super helpful with everything and provided me with all the information I needed. It was pricey to get my ignition lock system replaced but besides the cost the service was awesome and they got my car repaired the next day. I do not know the names of the mechanics but they did a great job, and the lady who helped me when I paid for it all was friendly and nice as well, though I did not get her name. Mohawk Honda is a great place to go for service and I'm sure it's a great place to buy a car as well. A big thanks to Mohawk Honda for making a crappy situation as easy and speedy as possible. More

Service Department Maintenance and repair Ashley Dobbs was extremely friendly and took care of everything when I went to have my oil changed, inspection done and tires rotated. quick turnaround quality work We have been going to mohawk honda for many years and have always been very satisfied. Most recently we had an odyssey with a suden generator problem.
