Cameron Wynn was great, helpful and knowledgeable I came in for a routine inspection and oil change on Monday. I had been debating about looking into a newer car - HAD a 2016 Civic EX and wasn't sure if I would be interested in a new car. Mike Hedges came over while I was waiting for my car to be serviced asking if I had thought about trading in my car for a newer model, was no pressure on Mike's part since I was already thinking about it. I said I would like to and he set me up with Cameron Wynn. Test drove a Civic Touring-loved it but a little out of my price range. End result is I ended up with the 2018 Civic EX L which I just picked up on Tues and love it. Suspension is better than my 2016, comfortable driver and passenger seats, some additional bells/whistles I was looking for. Sharp looking car - got it in the blue. For the new car everyone was great from Cameron in sales, Dave and Johnna in Finance and Jake for Tech/walk through of the vehicle. You can't go wrong with Mohawk Honda from Service and Sales, Finance. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and they will not pressure you into anything but will make sure you are happy and satisfied when you leave no matter what brought you in there. More
Amazing I brought my 2016 CRV in for service and asked to speak with the buy back specialist. Was also able to pickup the new vehicle that afternoon. I have recommended Mohawk Honda and Brian to 3of my coworkers who are looking for new vehicles. Great Customer Service I brought my '14 Odyssey in for routine service and was met by Lisa shortly after I pulled up. They were exceptionally busy that morning and she greet I brought my '14 Odyssey in for routine service and was met by Lisa shortly after I pulled up. They were exceptionally busy that morning and she greeted me with a Hello and a smile. She took the time to explain to me what maintenance my car was due for, why it should be done and asked permission to provide those services. Then she made arrangements for me to be transported home while my service was performed. Again, this was done rather quickly as I only had to wait about 4 minutes for a car to take me to my destination. Lisa called and updated me as they found other things that should be done to my vehicle. She again took the time to explain why it should be done and also let me know which items needed to be done immediately versus those that could wait, and gave me an approximate time frame in which I should have them done. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my vehicle, Lisa stood with me and read over the report generated for my vehicle showing what had been done, what was left to do and where my vehicle stood as far as like tire wear, brake wear etc. She never rushed me and answered every question I had. I had such a great experience with her that I would request her when I return to have the additional maintenance done on my vehicle. More

Amazing customer service!! While on a road trip between Boston and Buffalo we encountered a problem with our transmission that occurred at 7pm. We called the nearest Honda Dealer and Christina Rossi (our service advisor) bent over backward to help us. She allowed us to come in immediately and the mechanics diagnosed the issues within minutes. Everything was explained to us and a plan was put in place to get the needed part first thing in the morning. The team at Mohawk Honda helped to locate a hotel for us and called us with an update in the morning and to check on how we were doing. Truly top notch customer service!! More

Mohawk Honda beats Apple! My hands free system in my CRV was working fine until I got a new phone. Then I could barely hear the person I called. I mentioned it to John Higgins while I was getting my oil changed. This guy was so professional and courteous. He said he didn’t want me leaving with it like that so he went and got a tech person to help. Bri figures out it was my phone. So then I went to my phone company. They sent me to Apple. Apple (after 3 hours) said it was the car. I went back to Mohawk Honda and John was still there around 7pm. He tried himself and was scrambling to find someone that was good with this stuff. In enters Matt Alverson. In 10 seconds he had the phone working. It was TOTALLY a phone issue but I appreciate all that Mohawk Honda did for me. John Higgins, I will always look for you in the future. I am the first to complain but when I see good service I make sure I report it. Thank you sir for not giving up! More
Outstanding service from John Higgins I was on a quick vacation trip from Boston to upstate NY and my car died about 1 mile from your dealership. As I waited for over 3 hours for a tow tr I was on a quick vacation trip from Boston to upstate NY and my car died about 1 mile from your dealership. As I waited for over 3 hours for a tow truck, I received multiple calls from John Higgins telling me that he would wait for me even after the 8:00 Wednesday closing time. The tow truck finally arrived, we pulled into the dealership at 8:38, John was there waiting and took care of the processing in no time at all. He then proceeded to drive me to the Casino hotel about 2 miles away! John then updated me throughout the following day as my car was being worked on. It is so rare to encounter that kind of personal customer service today. He basically turned a tough, stressful situation into a positive. I can't thank him enough. Also the Sr. Technicial Derek Anderson made the repairs to my car and did a thorough test drive of 22 miles to make sure the car did not have any problems. Great work Derek, I've had no problems since the repair. Thanks again to both John and Derek. This is one of the most memorable customer service experiences I've ever had in any type of industry.
