I have had service at various dealers in California, and Massachusetts, but none gave me better concern, and attention to detail as well as efficient repair as Mohawk Honda. Service Manager John Higgins and technician Johnny Ferguson consulted with me all the way through their discoveries of problems, advise of repair, and cost of the work. The problems that took me to Mohawk due to a serious breakdown in the car caused me tremendous stress. I was treated with care, compassion and professionalism by everyone at Mohawk. The repairs were performed and my car was returned to me in perfect condition, resolving the repairs of the damage that I thought was going to destroy my car. I can not say enough about this Service Center. They are all wonderful. And I am grateful and so very pleased to applaud John and Johnny for their assistance. I would not have known that without your fact-finding. If I had waited a few months for the next main shop appt, my car would have been out of warranty and the a/c repair would have cost me plenty. Your astute assessment enabled me to have my car’s issue diagnosed the very same day, the part ordered, ensuring that the repair would be covered under warranty. I am very grateful. Although Jay works in the Sales department at Mohawk Honda, he is well-versed in multiple areas. When I stop by Mohawk Honda to have my car serviced, Jay always makes it a priority to touch base with me to check-in about the vehicle, my level of satisfaction with the services I received, and to inform me of my various options in the future regarding my next vehicle when my lease expires. Above and beyond service I went in to get my A/C checked, and was disappointed at the news I received. I was told I needed a new part that would cost me 800 dollars. I have a lease still under warranty and couldn’t figure out why this wasn’t covered. After speaking to the GM we got the price down significantly and scheduled my service to be completed. When I went to pick up my car, I was so pleasantly surprised to find that it was covered in full. When I asked what happened, Ashely who was my service rep, had put in a claim to Honda and got my repair covered in full. She went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for this fix and I couldn’t praise her enough for all she did for me. Also thank you to Thomas for showing me some options while debating on my next steps! You were so helpful and kind, and never pushed me into a decision. Thank you!!!! More
