My Fanily and I have gone here many times they are always helpful knowledgeable and nice. We recently got an ice storm and I was driving to work and my windshield wiper broke and I could not see I qu always helpful knowledgeable and nice. We recently got an ice storm and I was driving to work and my windshield wiper broke and I could not see I quickly stopped in and Mike was sooo helpful they went and got me a new windshield and installed it in less then 20mins so I was not late for work. I had a crazy experience while out in my CR-V this evening and Gunnar and Hunter saved the day. I had caught the knot of my jacket’s zipper pull in the seat belt latch and couldn’t release the belt (o evening and Gunnar and Hunter saved the day. I had caught the knot of my jacket’s zipper pull in the seat belt latch and couldn’t release the belt (or the cord). Although the dealership was about to close and I was still 20 minutes away, Gunnar kept the shop open for me and Hunter was able to take the seatbelt housing apart and release the latch. They saved me from trying maneuver myself out of the car with the seatbelt on. Thank you for your friendly above and beyond service and for sharing a laugh about this ridiculous situation with me! The service advisor was great, but I have issues with 1) the time it took to do an oil change and inspection (over 1 1/2 hours) 2) Whoever drove my passport switched radio station and turned the volume way the time it took to do an oil change and inspection (over 1 1/2 hours) 2) Whoever drove my passport switched radio station and turned the volume way up. 3) whoever serviced the vehicle did not return the dash display back to my setting. The service department girl I spoke to after a disappointing call to Honda Roadside twice !!! Then I called the dealership ( Mohawk Honda )and got to speak to Destiny...she was my savior...I was i disappointing call to Honda Roadside twice !!!
