The service department girl I spoke to after a disappointing call to Honda Roadside twice !!! Then I called the dealership ( Mohawk Honda )and got to speak to Destiny...she was my savior...I was i disappointing call to Honda Roadside twice !!! Then I called the dealership ( Mohawk Honda )and got to speak to Destiny...she was my savior...I was in tears...she comforted me an got to great service people to come to where I was and take my car and one to take me home. Destiny should get recognition for being so caring and truly made this 77 yr old woman safe and comforted. More

I purchased a Honda with 4k miles from a distant dealer for thousands less than Mohawk, it comes with a transferable warranty. After two days of ownership I noticed a few droplets of water coming down the for thousands less than Mohawk, it comes with a transferable warranty. Took it Mohawk since they had appointments available and it should be covered by warranty, right? No….”tech used a scope camera to determine the windshield is not sealed properly. Advise customer to go back to selling dealer to figure out what they can do for the customer.” So I guess warranties aren’t what they used to be and the if we are not sure of the history of a vehicle or you didn’t buy it here the customer is always wrong. After a week of back and forth I was reimbursed by my original dealer and will be taking it to a local auto glass shop at their cost where it can be fixed in 24hrs. $337.32 later this is what my vehicle looked like when I picked it up! I couldn’t believe it and just left. They couldn’t even be bothered put the A pillar trim back together! Don’t go to Mohawk Honda they go out of their way to screw you! More

I bought a car 3 years ago and recently list the title while in Florida trying to trade it in. Mohawk went over the top in particular Liz Deltry and her manager couldn't do enough to help me out including ordering a new title and making sure I received it. Liz should get a huge thank you from her leadership team because it's employees like her that make you want to maintain dealer loyalty, as she went way over the top to help me out with nothing to gain but my loyalty. Huge kudos to Liz and Mohawk Honda for doing things the old fashioned way and the right way!!! Thank you Liz you helped earn my honda business for a very long time! More
For years my parents have raved about Mohawk Honda’s Service Center, however as a Mazda owner I was hesitant to bring my vehicle to a place that services mainly “Hondas.” Yet I was nothing but pleased w Service Center, however as a Mazda owner I was hesitant to bring my vehicle to a place that services mainly “Hondas.” Yet I was nothing but pleased with the service that I received. Stephanie provided great customer service keeping me up to speed on the progress of my vehicle. I felt confident in the estimate I received for the needed work and positive that Mohawk Honda was looking out for both my vehicle and my wallet (even so far as giving me options of sourced parts vs. brand new). I would definitely recommend Mohawk Honda’s Service Center (even if you don’t own a Honda). More
