Overall very happy with the whole process. My only suggestion would have been to have the service plan options presented to me prior to signing contract to have more time to go over them. Scott has always been honest with me and has earned my trust that I will always get the best deal possible deal and get the vehicle I want. Kudo's to the Delivery Specialist, Izaak Villalovos, who took the time to go over all the technical aspects of the vehicle. Mike Moolick and Tony Riano gave a thorough pitch on the various optional protection packages and never pressured me to take them. It takes a team, and this team made the process enjoyable. More
