Recently, I went in for an oil change and a few days later I was having a computer issue so I returned to Mohawk Honda. I was pleasantly greeted by Nick Franzese from the Service Department who remembered me from my previous visit. Nick took care of the problem on the spot and was very apologetic for the inconvenience of having to return. I truly appreciate the great customer service provided by him. More

Great service atmosphere From the moment I pulled in the garage doors I was the staff's first priority. Adam Dorn was the salesman I worked with, and he was great! At no point did I feel any pressure to buy, it was all about making the right choice and being comfortable. Everyone that I met with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Every step along the way from my online inquiry to leaving with the key there was outstanding customer service. I have been car shopping for a couple of weeks and they were by far the best dealership I've communicated with. I would definitely recommend Adam and the team at Mohawk Honda! More
