Never have seen anything like it. Ordered my car. Received call when it came in. Went down on a Saturday and the place was hopping. Did the test drive, enjoyed some complimentary pi Ordered my car. Came back Monday and car was ready to go except the change of license plates. Mike Martin was the best and the finance/insurance people did not pressure me for any up grades or packages I didn't want. They just thoroughly explained the options. Very happy with my new Fit. More

He knew his cars, gave his opinions, compared the ones I was interested in, was very honest, informative, personable... he was fab! We had lunch on them! Finance was freaking awesome as well! I am just so impressed by the customer service and how everyone pitches in and offers help in that place! I cannot express how friendly everyone is... And it does not end there... service calls, follow up calls to make sure I am happy with my purchase, ensuring me they are there if needed... Ryan wasn't just about "selling another car"... it was a "I want you to be happy with your purchase, I will be honest and give you ALL of the information you need to make the right choice, and I will sit here all day if I have to, I do not want to rush you" type of experience... and don't get me started on the magic finance worked! I kept my appointment on the advice that it might be a slow leak and that it might turn on again tomorrow. I'm glad I did, because a nail was located and the hole repaired. More
