He was very patient and understanding about what I wanted and how picky I was in my need to eradicating a stain on the seat and the scratches that were on the car. He mother-henned (in a good way) the car as it went through the reconditioning process, checking up on it and making sure that it was perfect when we picked it up. If there was anything he couldn't answer right off he made sure he got me the answer. I was very impressed indeed. And I don't impress that easily! AND he did this all with a wonderful sense of humor! I was actually so impressed I presented him and the internet team with a special lemon pound cake when we came to pick up the car. All three staff we met were top notch, excellent employees. You should be VERY proud of these three. KUDOS to them all! I found Mark Ellis I have been working with Lia Honda, specifically, Mark Ellis for several years. He was a beacon of hope after having several awful experiences I have been working with Lia Honda, specifically, Mark Ellis for several years. He was a beacon of hope after having several awful experiences at other area dealers. So obviously I panicked when I tried to contact him about my lease ending and was told that he was no longer at Lia. Thank goodness that with the internet, he wasn't lost for long. Yesterday I leased a Honda CR-V from Mohawk Honda, Mark's new home. It was my first experience at Mohawk and it was a great one. Everyone was friendly and happy. I could tell they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Nick Bonarrigo, who told me about the charitable causes that Mohawk supports. It was refreshing to spend the afternoon in a clean, spacious dealership staffed by friendly people. Of course I drove off the lot with my new lease because Mark always gets the job done. Not only does he get the job done but he does it with no hassle (no haggling, no bluffing, no grandstanding). He is very straight forward when you tell him what you want and what you can afford. Easiest Buying Experience- EVER! Today, I bought my third Honda Pilot and the experience was yet again wonderful. This is the 2nd Pilot that I have bought from Mohawk and my husband i Today, I bought my third Honda Pilot and the experience was yet again wonderful. This is the 2nd Pilot that I have bought from Mohawk and my husband is on his second CRV from Mohawk. I obviously love the Pilot, as I keep buying them, howevere Mohawk's customer service and friendliness is awesome. I had my VERY active 4 year old with me today, not the ideal situation for picking out and purchasing a vehicle, however sometimes there is not another option. My salesman was Ryan Rocheleau and he made me very comfortable and was very accomodating to my son. I was not comfortable signing papers while my son was in the playroom without me, so Ryan had him bring a bunch of the toys out to his desk and let my son play Super Heros on his desk while we went over the papers. Ryan was very patient and made me feel very comfortable and even helped include my son in picking out the color of our new Pilot. Overall it was a great experince and Mohawk Honda has proved yet again to not only be a great dealership but is also a great family-friendly dealership. We will continue to buy our vehicles from Mohawk and recommend them to our friends and family. More
