Personally I am the worst at making decisions, even when it comes down to what loaf of bread I want to buy. So when it came down to investing in a new car I was reasonably uncomfortable. They were able to walk me through and help me pick which car was right for me. Lidsey Haraden was very patient and gave all her efforts to make me feel comfortable. Her efforts proved to me that this was a dealership I could trust. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my experience in purchasing my first car from a dealership. They went above my expectations and I would suggest them to anyone! More

Recently, with Ashley Taber had been in touch regularly to ensure my continued satisfaction with my experience leasing a 2012 Civic from Mohawk Honda. Recently, with 6 months to go on that lease she asked if I might be interested in turning over my lease now rather that wait. When I said I'd consider that, she went to wok and within hours informed me that she could give me a great deal on a 2015. I made an appointment to come into the dealership in a few days, during which she would do preliminary paperwork.. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by smiling people asking how they could help or just greeting me. I was introduced to John Potenza who explained the deal they could offer me and amazed my by making the process seem so easy. He accommodated my request to have the premium all-weather tires that I had purchased only 3 months before installed on my new Civic. In a few hours I had a new Civic, a quote for insurance that could save me money and a warm feeling for the people who had worked so well together to make it possible.I have counted on the service department expertise for 15 years, and look forward to continuing that relationship in the months to come. Witnessing the cooperation between people with many different area of expertise working together to make sure I was happy was a good experience. And I have a great car! More

I found their offer on my trade in to be more than fair, and far more than my local dealer would have offered. There was no haggle, it was a smooth straight-forward purchase. Initial contact was via internet and Leigh was prompt in calling me, not just sending me a generic email. I found the dealership to be clean, organized, and even had a play room for my small children. I walked out with a beautiful new Pilot, an extremely affordable payment, and a check in hand. Can't beat it! More

Best car buying experience ever! I started searching online for used cars and got tons of options, but my trusted mechanic (20 years) recommended I go to Mohawk. Since I'd initially contacted them through their website, I was already in communication. The second I walked into the dealership, the vibe was amazing - warm, welcoming, but not at all pushy, and very different from other places I'd already visited. I was looking for a 2012 Civic that I could afford. My salesman, Mark Ellis, is absolutely fantastic. Before he even started to talk to me about a possible purchase, he took me on a tour of the facility so that I would be familiar when I need service. The entire place is immaculate and welcoming. He walked me through my options, worked with me on the trade in for my car (which was very old with lots of miles), and got me a deal that made me very, very happy on a car that I absolutely love. I honestly had gotten a price from another place that was slightly lower, but Mohawk Honda offered something even better - great service, great customer relations, and a real feeling of being valued. It's well worth $8 extra a month to feel that kind of connection Mark not only helped me find a great deal, he connected on a personal level, making me feel appreciated as a person, not just as a customer. I met various other staff as well, and they all are just as special. Mark has been constantly available, I've emailed him a few questions, just getting acclimated to a different car, and he responds quickly, kindly, and with all kinds of assistance. I would highly, highly recommend this dealership and Mark Ellis individually to anyone, without any reservation at all. Don't settle for other places. Go here and check it out. Towing, Battery Dead and lots of Tears! Car issues are stressful. My car died 20 miles from my house in 5 degree weather. I had a car full of teenage boys and asked a stranger to jump me. Car issues are stressful. My car died 20 miles from my house in 5 degree weather. I had a car full of teenage boys and asked a stranger to jump me. Long story short, the car needed to be towed to Mohawk Honda because it was unable to be jumped. This caused me stress...along with tears...out of complete frustration!! My first call was to Nick Bonnarigo general manager. He was calm and so helpful.. He directed me to Lisa Valentino! Lisa handled everything perfectly!! I NEVER expected such outstanding service. It exceeded my expectations x1000! Thank you!!!! I will tell my story to anyone who wants to listen. ?? More

A former student was looking for a car & when she finished looking we sought Ryan out for help. He knew that a sale couldn't happen until the end of the month, but spent time with us even taking her for a test drive. We went back a week later, and again he spent a lot time with us - listening to what we wanted, went for another test drive and gave us an option that would save her money as this was her 1st car. So thankful that Ryan was the the 1st person we encountered and he allowed us to look. He treated both of us as though we had known him forever. Thanks!!!! Oh and by the she loves the car!! More
