Towing, Battery Dead and lots of Tears! Car issues are stressful. My car died 20 miles from my house in 5 degree weather. I had a car full of teenage boys and asked a stranger to jump me. Long story short, the car needed to be towed to Mohawk Honda because it was unable to be jumped. This caused me stress...along with tears...out of complete frustration!! My first call was to Nick Bonnarigo general manager. He was calm and so helpful.. He directed me to Lisa Valentino! Lisa handled everything perfectly!! I NEVER expected such outstanding service. It exceeded my expectations x1000! Thank you!!!! I will tell my story to anyone who wants to listen. ?? More

A former student was looking for a car & when she finished looking we sought Ryan out for help. He knew that a sale couldn't happen until the end of the month, but spent time with us even taking her for a test drive. We went back a week later, and again he spent a lot time with us - listening to what we wanted, went for another test drive and gave us an option that would save her money as this was her 1st car. So thankful that Ryan was the the 1st person we encountered and he allowed us to look. He treated both of us as though we had known him forever. Thanks!!!! Oh and by the she loves the car!! More

He was very patient and understanding about what I wanted and how picky I was in my need to eradicating a stain on the seat and the scratches that were on the car. He mother-henned (in a good way) the car as it went through the reconditioning process, checking up on it and making sure that it was perfect when we picked it up. If there was anything he couldn't answer right off he made sure he got me the answer. I was very impressed indeed. And I don't impress that easily! AND he did this all with a wonderful sense of humor! I was actually so impressed I presented him and the internet team with a special lemon pound cake when we came to pick up the car. All three staff we met were top notch, excellent employees. You should be VERY proud of these three. KUDOS to them all! I found Mark Ellis I have been working with Lia Honda, specifically, Mark Ellis for several years. He was a beacon of hope after having several awful experiences I have been working with Lia Honda, specifically, Mark Ellis for several years. He was a beacon of hope after having several awful experiences at other area dealers. So obviously I panicked when I tried to contact him about my lease ending and was told that he was no longer at Lia. Thank goodness that with the internet, he wasn't lost for long. Yesterday I leased a Honda CR-V from Mohawk Honda, Mark's new home. It was my first experience at Mohawk and it was a great one. Everyone was friendly and happy. I could tell they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Nick Bonarrigo, who told me about the charitable causes that Mohawk supports. It was refreshing to spend the afternoon in a clean, spacious dealership staffed by friendly people. Of course I drove off the lot with my new lease because Mark always gets the job done. Not only does he get the job done but he does it with no hassle (no haggling, no bluffing, no grandstanding). He is very straight forward when you tell him what you want and what you can afford.
