Great Experience I went to look at a vehicle I had found on the Mohawk Honda Website. I had sent an email request regarding the vehicle and received a prompt phone ca I went to look at a vehicle I had found on the Mohawk Honda Website. I had sent an email request regarding the vehicle and received a prompt phone call about my inquiry. I was unable to get to the dealership until 5:45 pm on a Friday and they typically close at 6. The woman I spoke with greeted me and set me up with a sales person. They made time for a test drive to save me another trip and stayed open past 7 PM since the vehicle met our needs. I had oeffred to come back early the next day to complete some of the paperwork, but they went above and beyond to make things easier for me! We also worked with a new salesperson and we were his 2nd sale! He then checked in with us a few days after purchase to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. I have leased 6 vehicles over the past 20 years (my last 5 from Leigh Keller) and Leigh has always been friendly and outgoing and I consider her (personally) to be an essential part of my Honda leasing experience. Upon hearing that Leigh had recently left the Lia Honda dealership in Albany and took up residence at Mohawk Honda in Schenectady, I contacted her to inform her that I was interested in terminating my lease with Honda early to take advantage of Honda's End of the Year savings!! Well, Leigh worked her magic, got together with a wonderful sales manager at Mohawk Honda (Mark Ellis) and by weeks end, my wife and I were happily sitting at the Mohawk Honda dealership, signing the paperwork on a brand new 2015 Honda Pilot. Purchasing a new vehicle is usually never something that the average person enjoys and everyone is usually happy when the process is over. With Mark and Leigh however, that is not the case. Mark and Leigh made my wife and I feel very comfortable, introduced us to some very tasty pastries and hot chocolate while we were waiting and, overall, made us feel like VIP's while we were there!
