Thank You I never write reviews but I want to write this one to Mohawk Honda, to thank them for their honesty on my car repair. I went to two reputable car rep I never write reviews but I want to write this one to Mohawk Honda, to thank them for their honesty on my car repair. I went to two reputable car repair shops they told me I probably needed struts. Having some knowledge of my own I told the one shop to check the sway bar bushings. They said everything was tight, so I decided to put struts on the back of my Element The problem I was having was noise under my Element a clattering noise. I thought it might be the bushings, they told me no. So I trusted them and put the struts on. This didn't get rid of the noise. So I went to Mohawk Honda they said they don't think its the struts and they said that the sway bar bushings were loose. They told me we should start there. They did the front and the back it cost me $120, problem solved, sounds and rides like brand new. Thank you again Mohawk Honda, thanks to Lisa and Doug in Service. Saved me tons of money I should of went to Honda in the 1st place lesson learned More

Once I met Adam, I knew I didn't have to look any further. He understood what I wanted and what I could afford.. He was able to find me all the options I was looking for (and some I wasnt.......side mirror camera when I put the blinker on), plus got me $25 less a month, than one of the other dealerships who ran my credit. Great new dealership with friendly staff. More

When we arrived at Mohawk Honda-Scotia, Mark Ellis came out to greet us. He did not push us in any way. We told him what we were interested in and he sat us down and went right to work to see if he could accommodate us. We were put at ease immediately, which made the entire experience very pleasant. Mark even offered to take care of returning our lease to another dealer, helped us with our selection and took care of all the details which we had, probably more than the average customer. Even at his busiest time he did not neglect to inform us where we were at and told us he would take care of everything. He probably didn't realize what that meant, in our case. But he came through with flying colors. I am sure that I made him crazy with questions and details of our purchase. He never ran out of patience and remained pleasant through the entire transaction. If he didn't have an answer to our questions, he went and found out the answer right away. It so happened that I have an acquaintance that Mark also knows. We joked about all had growing up. This made for a very unique relationship, between Mark and I and he still maintained his business manor. As a whole I do want to say that I am impressed with Mohawk Honda and the Pilot we purchased. I am a diehard GM person, however, this pilot is very impressive. Who knows I might make a switch on my next vehicle. I have a 2008 Cadillac CTS that I am crazy about, but driving the pilot has definitely got my interest. It has only been a few days, but I like what it is so far. Service is very important to me and hopefully Mohawk Honda will not disappoint me, when the time comes. Anyway, my compliments and a Big Thank You to all who participated with our purchase. I had some trepidation about going to a dealer, and felt ignorant of how the financing process worked--my antenna was up for getting scammed. As a woman, I also didn't want to get "mansplained" if you know what I mean. However, I can say Kurt Montanye and Joe Vita immediately put my anxiety to rest. They walked me through the process in a way that thoroughly answered all my questions as competent, respectful, and experienced professionals. I was especially appreciative at the little things they did to make it an exceptional experience- immediately following up on any small question I had, giving an accurate timeframe for when the financing and service work would be completed and the car would be ready for pickup, and Kurt even going way out of his way to pick my husband and I up from home since we needed a ride to get to the car! The motto of Mohawk Honda says "We go out of our way to please you," and that certainly happened in my case. More
