Sales Person Linda has helped us with obtaining two cars and is outstanding. If not for her I am not sure we would of gotten one let alone two cars. Linda has helped us with obtaining two cars and is outstanding. If not for her I am not sure we would of gotten one let alone two cars. More
"Exceptional experience" Jen DeCiero at Mohawk Honda was extremely welcoming. She was so friendly and understanding of my needs that she guided me into buying the perfect car to fit my busy lifestyle. I was there to buy a used economical car on a budget and she was more than accommodating. She never judged me on what I could or could not afford. She made it a very refreshing experience and I would certainly recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone. I not only walked out of there with a great car but with a big SMILE! because they met all my needs. A thank you also goes out to Lindsay S. in Finance. She too was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. More

Best experience I've had After shopping at multiple luxury auto-dealerships in the Capital Region, I visited Mohawk Honda at the suggestion of a friend. What a pleasant surpri After shopping at multiple luxury auto-dealerships in the Capital Region, I visited Mohawk Honda at the suggestion of a friend. What a pleasant surprise! Not only was the service refreshingly straightforward and genuinely friendly, it was professional, and a truly pleasurable experience. Ryan Rocheleau was the first person to greet me when I walked in, and he made sure that I knew my new car completely before I left after purchasing several days later. I couldn't be happier with the service at Mohawk Honda, but especially for Ryan, who made it so easy to feel comfortable and helped me make such an important purchase. More

He outlined the best scenarios for my budget and took the time to help me understand the value I'd be getting from each Civic trim model. I felt comfortable with the process and they made sure transitioning from my current lease went smoothly. Travis also went out of his way to pick me up after I turned my previous car in. Overall, I recommend Mohawk Honda and Travis due to their excellent value and service they provide. More

I asked for a quote online and the sales person David I asked for a quote online and the sales person David Gould quickly followed up and asked me to meet Adam. So I go to meet Adam at the dealership. I I asked for a quote online and the sales person David Gould quickly followed up and asked me to meet Adam. So I go to meet Adam at the dealership. I waited there for 5 mins and there was no one at the reception. So, I see a lady and tell her that I am here to meet Adam. Next, a person named Corey comes to talk to me mentioning that Adam had asked him to talk to me. We started discussing that I was interested in either Accord EX-L or Civic EX-L based on the comfort. I mentioned to Corey that I wanted to sit and have a feel of comfort in both cars and as we were walking towards Accord I asked him if there was a room in negotiation in the price that was quoted and he said no. After we sat in the Accord and wanted to try Civic he refused to allow us to try and mentioned that I look like a person who wants to come to the point and started discussing the pricing. At that point I mentioned that I am still undecided on the car so can we see the Civic and he just wanted to discuss the price. So I started the negotiation that there were other dealership in NJ who were giving me much better quote and he rudely ridicules me and says best of luck with that. At this point, he started being very rude and I decided that I do not want to pursue any business with him and wanted to talk to the manager to file an official complaint. So another agent comes from a room housing manager, Corey and the agent herself. She asks me about what happened and that I can discuss with her and I tell her that I wanted to discuss with manager and file a complaint. She passes on the information and then Corey comes out and says that he did not mean to offend me and my wife and he will show us the car even if I decide not to buy. I mention that I want to talk to the manager and file an official complaint against him. Thus, finally the manager comes and takes me into a room and he asks me why I was in the dealership and what happened. So I explain him and it turns out that he was Adam. I mention that I want to file an official complaint and he mentions that he was writing a complaint on a notepad where he does not write the incident and says this is official. At this point I ask him if I could do it online and he says I can email and I leave the dealership. Honestly, this was the worst experience ever. More
I went to Mohawk Honda in search for a new Honda, which I found. It was my first time buying a Honda, so I was nervous but I felt as though the process was relatively simple and well-explained. I worked with found. It was my first time buying a Honda, so I was nervous but I felt as though the process was relatively simple and well-explained. I worked with Brad Cittadino & he got me into the car that I wanted from the color to the features and added accessories. He even worked with me on price and my trade-ins. It wasn't until after I left with my car, that multiple problems have come up due to mistakes made by Brad and other people involved in the sale. Currently, I cannot drive my car because my insurance was suspended due to a miscommunication between Mohawk Honda and my insurance company. Mohawk Honda did not adhere to the NYS Carco law of sending a window sticker and a picture of the new car, so my insurance was suspended. I am supposed to be going on vacation, but I am unable to leave due to the problems I am having with being uninsured. In addition, Mohawk Honda did not have me complete all of the necessary paperwork. Now, Honda corporation is saying I didn't pay my first month's payment because of how Brad filled out the paperwork. After looking through my paperwork from the day I purchased the car, I never signed a loan agreement. Now, I am waiting to receive paperwork from the dealership so I can get my payment and loan situation straightened out since I cannot drive anywhere to pick up paperwork. My experience at the dealership was positive, but after all of the headache it has caused me in the past 2 weeks since I drove away, I will never go back there for anything again. I will go to another dealership in the area for service and sales in the future, where I am starting to think I should've gone to buy the car in the first place. All I can recommend for future customers is to be thorough about all of the paperwork and make sure the dates and information are correct. As a dealership, customers should be able to have confidence that they know what they are doing, but I seriously question the knowledge of some of the people that work there. More
