He listens to everything you want and everything you need and when he finds you the right car he makes the miracle for you to take it home happen! He spent 6 hours with me from the moment I walked in the door until I drove off with my new Honda civic! He walked me through the car and showed me how to every option so I wouldn't have to sit and read the manual! Anything you needed he made sure you had, whether it was water, coffee, pizza, cookies he wouldn't make you move a muscle!! It's not like any old dealer it's like working with your best friend to get whatever you want! Even Kirk the insurance guy works hard to get you the best policy, and when you're on the phone with people who have no idea what they're doing he puts a smile on your face! When you see Tiffany running around and checking on you to make sure everything's going well you know it's like you're apart of their family. I spoke with Brandi Chenette, who simply answered the questions that I asked, then invited to me to visit the dealership, when I agreed, she kindly set an appointment that was convenient for me, no pressure. Upon my arrival, the dealership appeared busy and lively, yet I was still greeted at the door by immediately by Ryan Rocheleau, who ended up being my salesman that day. He asked what had brought me in that day, then kindly offered me a coffee. Once we got down to business Ryan was knowledgeable, friendly, and very straight forward. There are no salesman secrets at Mohawk Honda, just honest answers. Throughout the lengthy car buying process(which was made as painless as possible) Ryan introduced me every member of the Mohawk Honda team that wasn't already engaged with a customer. Each employee from the tech guy, to one of the owners, went out of there way to have a short conversation with me to make sure everything was going well, and offered their knowledge and experience if needed. Ryan worked with his manager Micah Troncone, met my needs, and got me a better price than I was hoping for. Once it was time to drive away in my new Honda Civic, it was cleaned meticulously, filled with fuel to the brim, and every last gadget and feature was explained in detail.
