What's more is that every single one from the first to the last person we dealt with was very nice, polite, and patient. They also didn't waste too much time insisting on things we don't care about. If we were interested however, they would see if they could work something out for us. I think the level of sensitivity of the representatives to their customers' needs (even to things not directly said) was impressive. I would hire their people if I had a business myself.
