So I decided to take a trip to Mohawk Honda and see what they could offer me. Mike Bennice offered to help me and how lucky I was that he was free. It was a great experience from start to finish. I explained what I could spend, we test drove a Civic to start but when he came back from getting pricing on both a Civic and a CRV, Mike had VERY good news to share. The CRV would only be a few dollars more than I wanted to spend. It was a no brainer. There was no back and forth about pricing, no negotiating, no waiting around, no cheesy sales pitches. None of the stuff that makes car shopping so painful. Picked my CRV up a few days later at my convenience and Mike spent a bunch of time with me going through all the different features of my new car and setting up my phone, etc. Would definitely recommend Mohawk and specifically Mike if you are shopping for a car! They helped him get financed (with a little help from Mom) and when they found out that his current insurance company was going to charge him almost as much as the car was worth for a year, they told us to come in and see what they could do. We weren't going to get the car because of what his insurance company wanted to charge him. Mohawk Honda had a rep onsite for car insurance and he not only lowered the cost of the insurance but he was also able to get him much better coverage. Our salesman, Geof Raylinsky, was phenomenal. Calmed our fears and relieved my son's nervousness. He is so happy with his new vehicle. Everyone that we came in contact with was professional and extremely courteous. Before we left, my son stated that he wanted to hug everyone there .. he was so happy! Great experience. More

Linda Vasko greeted us at the door as soon as we walked in and from that moment did everything and more to help us out. She was kind, honest, and most of all she was patient. My boyfriend and I are both in our 20s and had little to no experience with regard to the leasing process, but not once did we feel neglected or ill treated because of our age - and that's a rare thing to find at a dealership. Unfortunately, youth often implies irresponsibility. We never once felt that our age was a factor during this experience, and that was important to us. We also had a strict budget and Linda did everything she could to make sure it would work out. There was not one instance when we felt pressured to purchase something we did not want or need. It was my first time visiting this dealership (I am very picky about where I take my Civic Si). As soon as I pulled into the service drive, Brian immediately greeted me and took my information and listened to all my outrageous requests. He wrote up my repair order and informed me of the multi point inspection that was going to be checked over on my vehicle. Kate Lott, who appeared to be the "Director of Fixed Operations" according to her name tag, came over while Brian was explaining the process to me just to say hello and make sure I was having a positive experience. I really liked that because it is rare these days to have a "higher up" getting involved with customers. Most places I have had tires installed at have taken hours. I was in and out of there in an hour! After I paid, Jeremy asked me if there was anything else I had a question about. I mentioned I had an aftermarket blue tooth kit installed, but was having trouble keeping my phone connected. He was very friendly and knowledgable and reset my iPhone to stay connected. I haven't had a problem since! I absolutely loved the follow up call I received from Laurie. She was so friendly and seemed genuinely interested in my visit and what I had to say. Most follow up calls I have received in the past were from machines. It was nice to hear a real person on the phone who wanted to make sure I had the best experience I could. Of course I did have a WONDERFUL experience and I would definitely recommend Mohawk Honda to all of my friends no matter what make or model vehicle they drive! I cannot rave enough about Mohawk Honda's service department. I will DEFINITELY be back for the rest of my service needs! More

I got a fair price for my trade in (which is historically where car dealerships try to pinch some pennies) and I was also very pleased to have a more competitive price on the car I was purchasing than was initially listed. This is the beauty of going to a high volume dealership. Ryan Rochelau, specifically, was great to work with. He treats you like a neighbor and he's not a high pressure guy. He was very patient with me and knows his product very well. He also reached out to remind me about the documents I needed to finalize the transaction, which is very helpful. On top of that, when went to discuss finances with the Sales Manager to arrive at some figures for me, it was obvious that he was in the room acting as my advocate - which is a particular service to the customer that I believe to be rare. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the whole transaction. Unfortunately since I bought a super-reliable Honda, there will be few reasons to return! More
