This dealer ship very expensive, and if one work need to be "done" they tell you extra work" needed on the vehicle. Looks professional, look at the bill, before you pay, they add, lots of money extra and f orce you to "pay" otherwise they will keep your and put "lien" against it to get the money. Totally unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers. I took my car there and iit remained there for 10-days and they took lots of money, once I paid the bill, car did not start. Lisa Vlentino asked me "to tow the car " and take it to some place else". Very rude, very rude and service manager, Kate is " Super Rude"Please Do not go there. Take your car some other mechanice or dealer. Thanks for reading. More

I only remember the experience being stressful and verrrry long. This was a remarkably fresh difference. All the heavy lifting was done via e-mail with a bright and pleasant Ashley Tabor. Without being intrusive she offered to work on a deal that I could be happy with. When I arrived at the dealership I already had price, warranty and financing information that just needed finalization. I appreciate her personal interest in providing a wonderful experience. Then Brian McKenna assisted in the completion of the transaction he was well informed with the vehicle. He is a friendly down to earth guy who walked me through paperwork and vehicle demonstration. I did expect, at first, an attempt would be made to adjust the deal I had in place. The only thing that changed was the remote starter that I requested. I'm still wondering did I just buy a car? If all of the Mohawk Honda team is as good as these they obviously have their ducks in a row. More
