I love my new Honda Accord Sport!! I had been looking for something sporty and new for a while and when I saw the new Accord I knew I wanted to have much closer look. Frank Santoro made it very easy and relaxed to just take a look and come back at a better time for me when I could take the time to test drive and talk more seriously. I had my car within 5 days! Rude service Felicia was rude, unhelpful and complained that she had to stay at work longer so that she can make the sale. We were kept waiting without knowing how the paperwork is going to take even though it was supposed to be ready when we got there. Terrible experience. She should be fired. More

Amazing - no BS! I have been with Keeler for the last 6 years (two leased vehicles) and I am usually very loyal. However, this past time at Keeler they basically told I have been with Keeler for the last 6 years (two leased vehicles) and I am usually very loyal. However, this past time at Keeler they basically told me to extend my lease because I was over on my mileage and gave me false information regarding extending my lease. Two hours at Mohawk and I was given a better deal with no games - they stayed very close to my requested monthly payment, helped me get some money shaved off my overage and we’re so quick and helpful! My salesman did a great job of taking me through the experience of deciding between lease or buy. I chose to lease, for the first time, because I typically have very low mileage cars. My trade today was a 2015 CR-V with only 9800 miles. Sales Manager, and my former sales person, Lindsey Haraden, set me up with Carmen when I called for an appointment. He did a great job. In terms of understanding the EX, Camren did a thorough job of explaining the new features and the electronics on the test drive. Then Caleb Gradoni repeated the detailed setup and helped me to dial in my preferences at delivery. Great team and experience. I'll do it again. More
