This dealership was the most pleasant experience ever. We came in to buy a used car but the last moment before signing, we changed to getting a lease. Mike Bennice was so great to work with and so knowledgeable. He spent time explaining everything and answered all of our questions and concerns, regarding leasing a HRV. What a wonderful human being! Kris Bain, Finance and Andrew Pullar, Delivery Coordinator were also super friendly, knowledgeable and explained the financial aspect and the car itself, respectively, at great length. The dealership itself was very nice and comfortable and the coffee was great! More

Great experience buying 2 certified used Hondas and having one oil change. Our salesperson was Linda Vasko for both vehicles and she is great - I highly recommend her! She is very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, friendly, and she takes her time explaining everything about the buying process. Our finance person was Deanna for both purchases who is definitely in the right job - she answered and explained her answers to every question we had and she never rushed us. She is very good at explaining the how's and why's of financing and extended warranties. Tony, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to please us. He updated us on the status of our new Ridgeline while being very polite and attentive to our questions. None of the people we dealt with were ever pushy! The waiting area and showroom are clean and comfortable also. We have purchased 5 Hondas from 2 other local dealers but Mohawk Honda is by far our best experience, both during and after our purchase. We highly recommend Mohawk Honda! More
