Purchase of a CPO CRV We arrived close to closing time to quickly test drive a CPO CRV. We ended up staying well past closing making a deal to purchase the vehicle. We firmed up the deal and we were able to pick it up on Monday. The sales rep we worked with Jake Doyle was very pleasant and great to work with. He helped move the process along smoothly and easily. The gentleman who worked out the numbers on the deal was knowledgeable and I feel like he was honest and above board with the numbers. When I had to switch the pick up time on Monday to earlier in the day, they made that happen without an issue. When arrived, they were ready for me. Someone took me to the car and reviewed everything I needed to know about the key fob, safety features, heating/cooling system, sound system and my phone was quickly synced with the car. While this tutorial was being completed, Jake was putting on the new license plates. My trade in was dealt with and Jake helped move some items from that car to the CRV. Travis Landry was helpful. He reviewed the financing and various options in a clear manner that I was able to understand. He had the insurance set up and all paperwork ready to be signed. From start to finish it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Jake Doyle. He was great to work with! More

On-line inventory allowed me to shop for just the car I wanted (options), the Re-purchase Team (Alex Ringhoff) sent me an estimated value for my trade-in before I entered the show-room floor, and the Sales Team (Mike Bennice) let me know ahead of time all of the paperwork I would need to bring with me. This is the 4th Honda Accord I have purchased from Mohawk Honda ( the first was in 1982). Great experience. Great product, great people. More
