Service Department to repair frozen front driver's seat The driver's seat would not move forward or backward, and was frozen in a position that was not conducive for driving. I did not make an appointment The driver's seat would not move forward or backward, and was frozen in a position that was not conducive for driving. I did not make an appointment to have it repaired, but just showed up at the Service Department. They took it in with no questions, and had it repaired within 90 minutes. I worked with Alex and he discussed what I was looking for and how we could get all the features I was hoping for in the price range I was comfortable with. Within about 30-45 minutes we had narrowed what I was looking for with just pleasant discussion about what features I found value in. During delivery Gabe went through all the options in the car and patiently answered all of my questions. John was pleasant and efficient in getting me through the paperwork, which I appreciate. I shopped online all of other local Honda dealers (4 others to be specific). None of them had the pre-owned selection Mohawk has (not even close). I was in the market for a pre-owned Pilot, Mohawk had 16 on their lot. The other 4 dealers had anywhere from 4-6 on there lots and their pricing on comparative Pilots was higher by a couple thousand dollars or more. Nicole O. was my sales lead. She was great to work with. She was professional, courteous, quick with responses or getting back to me and she has a great attitude. I highly recommend Mohawk Honda and Nicole O. to anyone in the market looking to purchase a vehicle, especially a Honda. More
