My sales man was friendly however I had to ask him his name, not a good start. Showed me a vehicle, fell in love with it, then sales man realized there was no title, I had to wake over a week for my vehic name, not a good start. Showed me a vehicle, fell in love with it, then sales man realized there was no title, I had to wake over a week for my vehicle. I didn't feel I was appreciated as a customer and/or for my business. Was promised certain prices that were not listened to so I had to pay more than I anticipated, regardless that I had price conversations with him the entire time on what I could afford and what I could not afford and did not realize what id be paying monthly until I met with finance making me feel pressured and uneasy about my purchase. Would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family unfortunately. More

Sam did a terrific job helping me to pick out a new Honda--I returned to the brand after many years of driving Saabs. He detailed the features-- and there are lots of them-- and I felt comfortable test Honda--I returned to the brand after many years of driving Saabs.
