I had a crazy experience while out in my CR-V this evening and Gunnar and Hunter saved the day. I had caught the knot of my jacket’s zipper pull in the seat belt latch and couldn’t release the belt (o evening and Gunnar and Hunter saved the day. I had caught the knot of my jacket’s zipper pull in the seat belt latch and couldn’t release the belt (or the cord). Although the dealership was about to close and I was still 20 minutes away, Gunnar kept the shop open for me and Hunter was able to take the seatbelt housing apart and release the latch. They saved me from trying maneuver myself out of the car with the seatbelt on. Thank you for your friendly above and beyond service and for sharing a laugh about this ridiculous situation with me! More
