I never imagined the pandemic would impact buying a car, and I am so grateful to Jake and Mohawk Honda for explaining the changes in the process and working with me to find my new odyssey! Jake advised me to start the process early in order to be ready at the end of my lease…I would have had to settle for something I didn’t really want if it hadn’t been for his help. It was a long wait but Jake kept me in the loop the whole time and put up with my nagging him “is it here yet?” When I felt ready to give up he told me to trust that Mohawk Honda would come through, and today I drove away with my beautiful new Odyssey! Todd explained the many features and set everything up customized to me personally. Mike made the paperwork a breeze, and made me feel like family!
