Viewed a vehicle on line and sent an inquiry regarding its availability. Basically, in no time at all, the inquiry was answered by one of the salesman. Little did I know at the time, he would turn out to its availability. Basically, in no time at all, the inquiry was answered by one of the salesman. Little did I know at the time, he would turn out to be probably the best salesman a person could ever have dealt with. His name, Dalton Krogh. Dalton explained that the vehicle I was inquiring about had a name attached to it. Meaning it was sold. However, he also stated that if the vehicle, for some unforeseen circumstance did not sell, he would contact me immediately. This was a huge letdown for me, because I really liked what I saw in this vehicle, and put it out of my thoughts, continuing to look for something else. Being a huge surprise to me, Dalton was on top of it and called me the very next day. Letting me know the vehicle was available again. He could have easily moved on to another person regarding the sale of the vehicle, but true to his word, he had my back. So to speak. Truly unbelievable in this world today. We talked on the phone about the sale. I had advised Dalton, that I am not technologically savvy regarding portions of the sale. Dalton explained everything I needed to know to make the transaction go smoothly. I completely understood and did everything without a hitch, with his knowledge and guidance. The next day, Dalton met us at the door of the dealership and made us feel extremely comfortable. Which, I might add is yet another thing you don’t find at most other dealerships today. We test drove the vehicle. We talked. We did the paperwork. And, in no time at all, we drove away in that very same vehicle. The vehicle that previously, I thought was already sold. It is now !!! And, this is because of one of the greatest salesman to ever deal with , Dalton Krogh !!!! Dalton, you’re the man !!!! Thanks for all you did. More

The staff is super nice. While they go above and beyond, I don't feel like I really got the lowest rates possible.
