We had the starter go on our 2007 CRV yesterday. I am very pregnant and our little girl is due next week. Every place we contacted said they couldn’t help us for weeks. Having a reliable car to make it to the hospital is extremely important and we were stressed. I was lucky enough when I reached out to contact Mohawk Honda that Ashley Dobbs was the one to respond. She was so kind, positive and helpful. She got us right in and made sure that we had a rental if need be. She worked hard to make sure our car was accessed quickly and even made sure it was fixed the same day. She kept in communication with me during the process & even considered our other concerns to make sure we got the best deal. Her kindness made our entire day. We feel completely lucky to have been treated with such priority before our little girl comes into the world. Thank you Ashley for being an absolute gem, you saved our day! And we will definitely be going back to Mohawk Honda in the future because of how she treated us. More

If you opt for a product, like Simonize, you will need to wait for the product to be applied instead of having it completed before delivery and spending less time in the dealership. More
