I left my Pilot for service this morning. While doing the check-in paperwork, I got a telephone call that my 90-year old mother had fallen. John Higgins overheard the conversation and offered to shuttle me wherever I had to go. I didn’t think it was necessary until I received a couple more calls while I was waiting. I told John what was going on and he immediately set me up with a shuttle. Jim drove me over and later in the day, Bill brought me back.
