This is the first time doing business with Mohawk Honda . I have been a loyal and longtime customer of Honda CRVs . I decided to come here on a whim. Wanted a car but had poor credit I didn't think it was really possible to be approved for a car. Alex Hernandez helped me. Alex was so persistent and reassuring and didn't give up. With the help of Brian in finance, I was approved. Brian and Alex both kept in contact with me, working super hard, and called me to come in to see my new car. After Harrison S walked me through the ins and outs of my new car, I left the lot with a smile on my face. The entire staff from the moment I walked into the door was so kind and respectful. When you walk in the front door Brianna McKenna is there to greet you and get you to where you need to go.When you buy a vehicle she’s also the person that helps you know how to use all of your features in your vehicle. She does an excellent job from greeting you to helping you with your car features. The salesman Jordan did an outstanding job with helping me. He wanted to know what I was interested in and then proceeded to get the car for me to look at. We went for a short drive testing the car. When we got back to the dealership he went over the car with me showing all the features inside and out. With no hassle or pressure we were able to make a deal an I bought the car. Mohawk Honda I would recommend anyone to go there and see what they have to offer. They have a beautiful facility and a very large selection of both new and used vehicles. Definitely a 5 star dealership. More
