Poor communication from service dept. Took a week to get an apt and 2 days to put in a coil pack and spark plug. Called 3 times and was on hold almost 10 min. each time. Dropped off 7:45am on Monday and was an apt and 2 days to put in a coil pack and spark plug. Called 3 times and was on hold almost 10 min. each time. Dropped off 7:45am on Monday and wasn’t ready until 3:30pm Tuesday. Have always driven GM and was happy a dealer moved 3 mile away. But if this is how you operate I won’t be back. More

Great service. Everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and truly made sure that I and my dog were comfortable while wtg. Also the service dept took pictures for me to share with the dealer I bou friendly and truly made sure that I and my dog were comfortable while wtg.
