I purchased a new 2021 Chevy Equinox. It has less than 300 miles on it and I was notified of a recall on the tires. No one at the service center knew anything about the recall. Two tires need to be replaced. They were supposed to call me two weeks ago. No call. I called today, my service man is out and I need to call back Monday. The man I spoke with said nothing would be done until at the earliest, next Friday. I just spent almost $40k on this car. I have two recalled tires on it.
