Awesome new building. Very clean and inviting. I traveled 40 minutes to get to this location to give them a try. Bottom line is things got fixed one way or another, but ended up being labor. The car wasn't put back together when I got it however. I have a dash-cam that was unplugged and not plugged back in. The back of the car has multiple covers that were just undone and not put back as it was when I dropped it off. For $300 in labor, I'd think that I'd at least have the curtesy of them spending an extra 2 minutes to make it look like it was when I dropped it off. Seems to be a far way off to drive for the service. Would I recommend the dealership... I can't say yes or no. Service guy up front was nice. Was not told of any sanitization of the vehicle, but was obvious no one gave the vehicle a second look before I took delivery back. More

My experience with the service department shows an utter lack of care for their customer's time. I made an appointment for Monday 10/4 at 7:30 AM (the first appointment of the day) for an old change. When I made the appointment I asked how long the service should take and was told about 45 minutes. I arrived at 7:15 to ensure that I would be first in line. At 7:30 I met with the service writer and I went to the waiting room. At 8:30 I asked how much longer only to be told that a meeting was called and my car had not even entered the service bay yet. I was very annoyed and asked for a manager. The manager's response was I'm sorry about the miscommunication. I replied that this was not about miscomminaction, this was about a total lack of communication or care about their customer's time. I will admit that after expressing my displeasure the service manager did provide me with a loaner car so that I could get to work, and they did the service without charging me. This service department needs to recognize that their customers also have places to be and cannot be expected to sit at the dealership indefinitely. More
I was told the part that I needed to be replaced was going to cost me $600 it should have been warranted.. They told me it was a 3 hour job when in all reality it was a 30 minute job.
