Service department advised me they couldn’t fix my radio in my new truck which is still under warranty, because it wasn’t showing a code. I showed them a video of the problem and they stated it was a known in my new truck which is still under warranty, because it wasn’t showing a code. I showed them a video of the problem and they stated it was a known problem with the Silverados. I was then told I would have to contact GM directly if I wanted it resolved. Not until I asked for a manager was I able to get any where for this issue. More
No hassle service. Mohawk took care of my truck. They also filled the washer fluid and washed the truck. Keep doing that. The service rep was courteous. Your waiting room is also very nice. Coffee etc. all good. More
The service manager, Steve was fantastic.. initially I was happy when I was told that I would have to pay between $200 and $300 to replace the 3 belts that were damaged due to the water pump going bad. The pump was covered under warranty, but I was told that I had to pay for the belts. I disputed this statement. When Steve got involved he made things right. I also didn’t like the fact that I was told the the warranty coordinator refused to speak to me about this issue. I was told this by Allyssa.things would be far less complicated if the warranty person would try to work things out with the customer. Thanks again Steve, great job More
