Internet scheduling I Scheduled my appointment online and took the first available appointment (7:00am) and when I arrived I was told that techs do not arrive until 8. Thankfully as soon as the first tech arrived he was able to complete the oil change and recall but I think that it should be changed on the website so the individuals waiting for their car are not waiting more than an hour. I’m thankful that the tech arrived early and was able to get out within a timely manner. More

Not happy Body shop replaced bumper and rear passenger side light fixture. The white light part on the left side wasn't working but was working before it went Body shop replaced bumper and rear passenger side light fixture. The white light part on the left side wasn't working but was working before it went in to get fixed. When I went in for inspection and them to "fix" the light, they said it was blown and replaced the bulb. The light is still not working. I will be bringing it back again when I can to see what the actual problem is. It worked before I got hit, worked while I was waiting to get repairs done and they put new bumper on and now it doesn't work. They've always been great to deal with, but I'm getting a little annoyed. I work 2 jobs and Saturdays are my only days off and I spent 3 hours there the last time waiting.. before that, I had a rental for 2 days.. More

Efficient and reasonable Had a strange problem with heat in my car, and needed a new key. Got an appointment slot about three days out. When I showed up they claimed it would take an hour of labor to program the key to the car. When I told them that was incorrect, they “realized”? that there was no labor charge for this kind of key on this car. Other than that they diagnosed and solved my problem with the heater quickly and I had the car back the same day. Which is about all you can ask for. More
