Oil change, tire rotation, scheduled appraisal of vehicle I was met in the garage bay area by a service person who promptly started the preparation for service. At that time I informed her of an appointment with one of the dealership internet appraisal personnel. The appointment was prearranged to determine value of my current vehicle with possible purchase of a new vehicle. My service person alerted her while I roamed to lot for a possible new vehicle. Upon completion of my service I thanked the service person for her prompt and courteous service and asked where the appraiser was. She could not be found so I paid my bill and left. Excellent service, but lacks in office commitments. As of today no follow-up or reason for inability to meet with me. Unsure whether next vehicle will be purchased here. More

I made my appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated right from the app on my phone. When I arrived they had my appointment in the computer and knew what I was there for and they even took care rotated right from the app on my phone. When I arrived they had my appointment in the computer and knew what I was there for and they even took care of the safety recall on the engine ECM . They said it would be about an hour but it was about 50 minutes. Really happy. More
