Took my Chevy 2020 Silverado in yesterday as it was running very loud. Craig and Don and the service team immediately got a service tech to run diagnostics on it! The found that was one of the sensors running very loud. Craig and Don and the service team immediately got a service tech to run diagnostics on it! The found that was one of the sensors was malfunctioning and ordered the part. First thing this morning Craig had the part and told me to bring it in. I drove the truck over and had no ride home. Craig drove me home fixed the car and had someone pick me up. The service is top notch and I would not go anywhere else. More

I had just purchased a 2018 Traverse under warranty and the check engine light had come on. By the time of my appointment a few days later, the light was off. Don reviewed with me what might happen if th the check engine light had come on. By the time of my appointment a few days later, the light was off. Don reviewed with me what might happen if they went ahead with the diagnostic and I agreed to it because I was concerned it would happen again. I'm glad I did because an error came up and the car needs repair. Again, Don very nicely explained what the error was, that they needed to order a part and set up a time for me to bring the car back assuring me that it was OK to drive the car. Mohawk was recommended to me by Parker Chevrolet in Plattsburgh and I'm glad they did because the service was top notch. More
