All went well until the final signing with Mark and then the scare tactics on repair costs began to push for the extra coverage. First the Simoniz, Mark said that it was an application inside and out to protect the interior and exterior finishes. I asked how that was applied and He said it was applied by hand. I asked if that would require an appointment to apply and he said it would be done that day before we left with the truck. It was raining and within 15 minutes the truck was pulled back around. Dried off and I was told that the protective coating was applied. It is a big truck and I don't see how it was possible to apply this protectant in the time that the truck was out of my sight. Then Mark started telling about the rising costs of labor and and how the electronics were not covered in the truck and it had multiple cameras and sensors and almost all the problems that Chevrolet was having with their products were almost always electrical. This truck does not have multiple cameras. A fact I was disappointed with as I intend to tow a fifth wheel camper across country and the extra cameras, like on the LTZ is what we thought we were purchasing Then the tire coverage and the cost of buying a new rim for the truck were extravagant so he got me on that too. We worked with the salesman to try and get the payment where we wanted and then the payment went up 100$ for this extra coverage that I don't feel I would have purchased without the scare tactics right before the signing. That is our only problem with the purchase We like the truck and it we feel it will meet our needs even though it doesn't have the extra visibility cameras I was lead to believe it had. More

Quick, easy, no negotiation or bs very straight forward and gave me more then my car was worth.
