There was little to no communication regarding the repair work I requested on my vehicle. Even after attempting to check in after 90 min, I was asked to leave a message for my service advisor. After getting work I requested on my vehicle. Even after attempting to check in after 90 min, I was asked to leave a message for my service advisor. After getting no response after 45 min, I had to recall to get an update. Almost 2.5 hours past my appointment, no work was actually done, and it cost me $100. The poor communication and lack of follow up was very disappointing. More

Took my 2023 Chevy Colorado in for the 2nd time it has died in my driveway. Same issue as the first time, died due to an update in the background draining my battery overnight. Update was forced through, died in my driveway. Same issue as the first time, died due to an update in the background draining my battery overnight. Not necessarily putting the blame on Mohawk Chevy but the fact there is no actual FIX to this and I have a brand new vehicle I can't reliably count on to start in the morning is nothing short of ridiculous.
