I am quite disappointed in the service I received. I brought my truck in to have an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and new wiper blades. I also asked them to wash the vehicle and asked if they I brought my truck in to have an oil change, inspection, tire rotation and new wiper blades. I also asked them to wash the vehicle and asked if they had a way to remove pine sap. The service took almost 2 hours, They said they had trouble getting the hood release to work. When I got the truck back it hadn't been washed, they said that I would need to bring it to a body shop to remove pine sap, I went to use the wipers and the plastic sleeve was still on the drivers side wiper. The next morning I noticed the hood had dents from where they tried to open the hood. I called the Service Customer Experience Representative and told her the specifics and she said her manager would call me back... I am still waiting for a call to see how they are going to fix this situation. Update: Mohawk Chevrolet made things right by having the dent guy remove the dents, they had it done quickly and gave me a very nice loaner to use while they had it… I am very satisfied with their willingness to take care of the problem.
