Many new people at the dealership, so it was a little unorganized with respect to the process. The initial buying process was good and Frank was helpful with my husband. We went the following day to purchase the vehicle and it wasn't detailed yet as promised. That wasn't a big issue as we needed to complete paperwork. Jude, who was new, was very helpful, but was still learning the paper process and there were a few things missed. Overall a nice job. The car came out front and the detail job was poor. Nothing was really done (they shined the tires and wiped down the dash). Disappointing. Frank, sales, did provide us with a return detail coupon, but we will need to make the drive back down to get it done. The gentleman who was supposed to go over everything in the car (On-Star, etc.) was new and didn't really know anything about the bells and whistles of the car. He needs to get trained and do some review as many of our questions were really not answered and the process took a long time. Overall a good experience , just some new employees with a learning curve and most disappointing was the lack of detailing on the car. More
It was a simple inspection on a brand new truck but car was returned with filthy weather tech mats and filth on center console .mechanics need to put plastic on seats and something on the floor .
