Sales staff and service staff were incredibly friendly and performed the service work within the tight timeframe I required. The whole process went smoothly and the price was the lowest around. I went to Northstar and was not impressed by their approach. Very high pressure and they did not like the fact that I had researched the pricing for the car I was interested in. I went their before I approach. Very high pressure and they did not like the fact that I had researched the pricing for the car I was interested in. I went their before I went to the dealer I usually do business with because they had the exact car I wanted in stock. The manager did not seem at all interested in earning my business. I ended up going back to my normal dealer and making a deal on a similiar vehicle. Steve Albany More
