When I told them that was incorrect, they “realized”? that there was no labor charge for this kind of key on this car. Other than that they diagnosed and solved my problem with the heater quickly and I had the car back the same day. Which is about all you can ask for. More

I did not feel that I was being over sold on anything. We were also offered almost 3 times the amount for our trade in than another local dealership. We were also offered a better price for the new vehicle we purchased. We were so happy with the service we signed up for the prepaid maintenance package.
